This winter, there is a significant increase in respiratory illnesses in our community. Protecting yourself and your loved ones is more important than ever.

Why Get Vaccinated This Winter?

COVID-19 and the flu are both circulating actively, leading to higher rates of illness.

Vaccination reduces your risk of severe illness, hospitalisation, and missing work or family time.

Protects vulnerable loved ones and helps ease the strain on our health system.

Who Should Get Vaccinated?

COVID-19 Vaccine:

Everyone aged 12 and over is eligible for at least one dose if you are well and healthy.

Healthy adults aged 30+ can receive an additional dose, at least six months after their last COVID-19 shot or infection.

Children 5-11 years are also eligible for a single, lower dose if desired.

Flu Vaccine:

Recommended for everyone aged 6 months and older, especially those with ongoing health conditions, older adults, pregnant women, and healthcare workers

The cost is $ 30 if you are enrolled with us per shot and if you have an eligible condition (e.g age 65 or over, asthma on a preventor or are in a immuno supressed state the it is free for you)
