What happens if a result is "Non-Negative"?
A "Non-Negative" is not a failed test. It simply means the instant cup detected something. We must send the sample to the ESR Laboratory for sophisticated testing to confirm exactly what it is (and rule out legal prescription meds). You will receive the final confirmed result in 2-4 days.
Is the testing confidential?
Absolutely. Results are released strictly to the authorized employer representative and the donor, in accordance with the Privacy Act and Health Information Privacy Code.
Can you test for synthetic cannabis?
Standard cups do not detect synthetics. However, if you have specific concerns, we can request specialized laboratory testing.
