A Comprehensive "Fit for Work" Assessment
We begin with a detailed health questionnaire to identify any underlying risks, followed by a physical examination tailored to the physical demands of the job. Here is how the standard process works:

How long does the appointment take?
A standard pre-employment medical takes approximately 30–45 minutes. If you are adding drug testing or spirometry, please allow an extra 15 minutes.
How fast do we get the results?
In most cases, we can provide a verbal confirmation immediately after the appointment. The formal written report is typically emailed to the employer within 24 hours.
Can you include a drug test?
Yes. We can add an instant Urine Drug Screen (AS/NZS 4308:2008 standard) to any medical. Positive results can be sent to the lab for confirmation if required.
What if the candidate has a medical issue?
If a health issue is found (e.g., high blood pressure), our GP can often provide immediate advice or treatment plan to help manage the risk, allowing the candidate to potentially still be cleared for work.
