Skin Tag, Mole & Wart Removal Christchurch
Fast, medical-grade removal of skin blemishes using advanced plasma technology. Safe, stitch-free, and performed in a clinical environment.
Blemish-free skin in minutes. Small imperfections like skin tags, raised moles, and milia can be annoying, but removing them doesn't always require a scalpel. At 1 Health Aesthetics, we use the advanced L'QUALYN Plasma Pen to gently vaporise unwanted lesions. This high-precision technology sublimates the tissue without cutting the skin, leaving a smooth result with minimal downtime.
Why Choose Non-Surgical Removal?
We offer a fast, safe alternative to surgical excision for cosmetic lesions.
No Scalpel
Non-invasive removal with no stitches required.
Minimal Downtime
A tiny crust forms and falls off naturally within 5–7 days.
Medical Safety
Unlike beauty spas, every mole is checked by qualified health professionals first to ensure it is benign (safe) before removal.
What We Treat
Advanced Plasma Technology
Instead of using a scalpel, we use the L'QUALYN Plasma Pen to 'sublimate' the lesion. This process turns the unwanted tissue into vapor instantly without affecting the surrounding healthy skin.
No Stitches: Because there is no cutting, there is no need for sutures. Viral Destruction: For warts and verrucas, the plasma energy effectively destroys the underlying virus at the root, significantly reducing the chance of the wart returning.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it hurt?
Most patients describe the sensation as a quick, hot "zap." For larger moles or sensitive areas, we apply a medical-grade numbing cream before the procedure to ensure you are comfortable.
Will it leave a scar?
Plasma removal is designed to leave minimal marks because we don't cut the skin, so there are no stitch marks. You will likely have a small pink mark where the lesion was, which fades back to your normal skin tone over a few weeks. As with any procedure, individual healing varies.
How long does healing take?
Immediately after treatment, a small dark crust (scab) will form over the area. Do not pick this. It will fall off naturally in 5–7 days, revealing fresh pink skin underneath.
Can you remove ANY mole?
No. We only remove benign (safe) moles. If our doctor suspects a mole could be cancerous or atypical, we will not use the Plasma Pen. Instead, we will recommend a formal surgical excision with histology (testing) to ensure your safety.
