What is the difference between this and Anti-Wrinkle injections?
Anti-wrinkle injections (like Botox®) work by relaxing muscles to stop lines from forming. Skin boosters (like Rejuran® or Sunekos®) work on the skin itself. They improve the canvas—increasing hydration, thickness, and elasticity. Many patients combine both: one to relax the lines, and the other to make the skin glow.
Will these treatments change the shape of my face?
No. Unlike traditional Dermal Fillers which are used to add volume (like creating cheekbones or filling lips), Micro-fillers and Skin Boosters are very fluid. They disperse evenly into the skin to hydrate and repair without adding bulk or changing your natural facial structure.
How many treatments will I need?
Because these are regenerative treatments—teaching your body to repair its own collagen—they work best as a course. We typically recommend 3 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart to achieve optimal, long-lasting results. A single "maintenance" treatment is then recommended every 6–12 months.
Is there any downtime?
You can expect some downtime, but it is manageable. Because we are injecting product directly into the skin, you will likely have small raised bumps (resembling mosquito bites) at the injection sites. These typically disappear within 12–24 hours as the product absorbs. You may also experience minor redness or small bruises, which can be covered with makeup the next day.Most patients are surprised by how comfortable it is. We use extremely fine, medical-grade needles, so the sensation is often described as a tiny, momentary pinch. The entire process takes only 10–15 minutes.
Does it hurt?
Patient comfort is our priority. We apply a medical-grade topical numbing cream before your treatment to make the process as comfortable as possible. Most patients describe the sensation as a light prickling or scratching feeling.
When will I see results?
Skin regeneration takes time. You may see an immediate "glow" from the hydration, but the real structural changes (new collagen and elastin) happen over the following weeks. You will typically see the most significant improvement after your second or third session as the skin quality improves cumulatively.
