Associate Dentist (Full Time / Part Time)

Are you a friendly, skilled Dentist looking for a busy list and a supportive team? We are looking for an Associate to join us in Wigram.


  • Busy Books: High new patient flow from our co-located Medical Centre.



  • Modern Tech: Fully digital workflow, OPG, Rotary Endo, and modern chairs.


  • Mentorship: Work alongside Dr Jennifer Teo (an experienced clinician in Dentistry) with support for complex cases including IV Sedation and extractions.

General Practitioner (VR or Non-VR)

Since opening in May 2024, our patient base has grown rapidly to over 2,000 enrolled patients. We are looking for a motivated GP to join Dr Bernard Teo at our modern, purpose-built facility on Springs Road / Henry Wigram Drive.


  • The Clinic: A true multidisciplinary hub with General Practice, Dental, Audiology, Physio, and on-site Pathology.


  • The Future: We are working towards becoming a GPEP teaching practice. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to equity/buy-in partnership.


  • The Role: VR or Non-VR considered. You will be supported by experienced nurses and a dedicated admin team using Indici.

Medical Receptionist (Medical & Dental)

This is not a standard "sit and type" role. We are looking for a proactive front-of-house professional to manage our busy, multidisciplinary reception desk. You will be the first point of contact for both Medical and Dental patients.


  • Key Duties: Patient onboarding, appointment management (Medical & Dental), phone triage, invoicing, and recalls.

  • The Ideal Candidate: You must be a fast learner with a warm, "can-do" attitude. Experience in a Medical Centre and knowledge of Indici Evolution is a significant advantage, though training is provided.

  • Availability: Flexibility is key. Shifts will range from 30–40 hours per week, including some late nights (until 8pm) and occasional Saturday mornings.

  • What Practice Management System (PMS) do you use?

    We use Medtech Evolution for our Medical team and Exact for our Dental team. Experience with these is great, but training is provided.

  • Is there parking for staff?

    Yes. Unlike city-centre clinics, we have ample free parking right outside the door for both staff and patients in the Wigram skies development.

  • Do you support special interests?

    Absolutely. We are a "procedure-heavy" clinic (Minor Surgery, IV Sedation, Cosmetics). If you are a GP or Dentist wanting to upskill in a specific area, we encourage and support that.We offer a wide range of in-clinic services including skin cancer removals, ingrown toenail surgery, chalazion removal, IV iron infusions, IV rehydration therapy, and women’s health procedures such as IUD or Jadelle insertions and removals.
