Associate Dentist (Full Time / Part Time)

Are you a friendly, skilled Dentist looking for a busy list and a supportive team? We are looking for an Associate to join us in Wigram.


  • Busy Books: High new patient flow from our co-located Medical Centre.



  • Modern Tech: Fully digital workflow, OPG, Rotary Endo, and modern chairs.


  • Mentorship: Work alongside Dr Jennifer Teo (an experienced clinician in Dentistry) with support for complex cases including IV Sedation and extractions.

General Practitioner (FRNZCGP / MRNZCGP)

Clinical & Business Leadership Pathway – Revenue Share Model

The Practice

Since opening in April 2024, our patient base has grown rapidly to over 3,000 enrolled patients. We are looking for a motivated GP to join Dr Bernard Teo at our modern, purpose-built facility on the corner of Springs Road and Henry Wigram Drive. 1 Health is an expanding, multi-service clinic offering General Practice, Aesthetics, Ear Microsuction, Travel Health, Aged Care, and Occupational Health services, with further service developments actively planned.


The Future

For the right candidate, there is a clear, fast-tracked pathway to a senior clinical leadership role (Clinical Director for the local site), with profit share directly linked to local site performance. A future equity / buy-in partnership option will also be considered for the right person.


The Role

FRNZCGP, MRCGP (or equivalent) or Non-VR practitioners will be considered. You will be fully supported by our experienced nursing team and a dedicated administrative team utilizing the modern, cloud-based Indici PMS system. This role will perfectly suit a GP who enjoys delivering high-quality, patient-centric care, possesses a strong work ethic, and has a genuine interest in how general practice services grow and run as a business.

Medical Receptionist (Medical & Dental)

This is not a standard "sit and type" role. We are looking for a proactive front-of-house professional to manage our busy, multidisciplinary reception desk. You will be the first point of contact for both Medical and Dental patients.


  • Key Duties: Patient onboarding, appointment management (Medical & Dental), phone triage, invoicing, and recalls.

  • The Ideal Candidate: You must be a fast learner with a warm, "can-do" attitude. Experience in a Medical Centre and knowledge of Indici Evolution is a significant advantage, though training is provided.

  • Availability: Flexibility is key. Shifts will range from 30–40 hours per week, including some late nights (until 8pm) and occasional Saturday mornings.

  • What Practice Management System (PMS) do you use?

    For our medical clinic, we use the modern, cloud-based Indici system, which significantly streamlines our clinical notes, workflows, and administrative tracking.

  • Is there parking for staff?

    Yes. Unlike city-centre clinics, we have ample free parking right outside the door for both staff and patients in the Wigram skies development.

  • Do you support special interests?

    Absolutely. We are a "procedure-heavy" clinic (Minor Surgery, IV Sedation, Cosmetics). If you are a GP or Dentist wanting to upskill in a specific area, we encourage and support that.We offer a wide range of in-clinic services including skin cancer removals, ingrown toenail surgery, chalazion removal, IV iron infusions, IV rehydration therapy, and women’s health procedures such as IUD or Jadelle insertions and removals.
